To streamline the refund
claims it has been decided to launch
an Automated Refund System. Filing of
Refund Claims shall be made at a counter
adjacent to Customer Service Center
, Custom House , Karachi through the
on-line system, for monitoring and speedy
processing of the refund claims. The
refund Claim Form are also available
on website (www.cbr.gov.pk) for filers
facilitation. Claims on format can also
be submitted through soft copy (Floppy/CD
ROM/USB).
