shall not be available in following
cases: -Where bill
of entry is filed prior to arrival
of vessel.
Old, used, second -hand, re-conditioned
items and items of scrap etc.
Items, import of which is either
banned or restricted by the Import
trade and Procedures order,2000.
Where exemption from duty is claimed
through any notification.
Where payable duties/taxes etc.
are not declared along with other
required information.
Importers whose names are blocked
due to default/any other reason.
The clearing agents have either
expired or have been blocked. |
