The custom house in order to provide expeditious clearance of goods has notified a new procedure vide Standing Order No. 07/2004 (KARACHI APPRAISEMENT). For this purpose the required form ACP-1 is available Customer Services Centre, Custom House Karachi. All importers intending to use this clearance procedure should immediately apply to the Deputy Collector Import. 

2.                     All those importers presently availing:

a.                   Risk Indicated Selective Examination System (RISE).

b.                  EASY & ELF together.

Stand pre-qualified for this system. They may be kindly apply on the prescribed ACP-1 form to do so.
